Unsearchable with multiple "are you sure" checks on download. They're clearly not happy about counterpropaganda. As crude, simple and poorly made as it is (all likely due to being rushed for sake of relevancy.)
I like the game except all the option are either left wing or right wing. There's no middleground. Can't you say yes to legal immigrants but no to Sharia Law?
Look at the Mayor of London. Legal parents, but he also has a history of downplaying actual Islamic terrorism and pleading ignorance about what grooming gangs are.

by the way I find it so hilarious that the police that showed up in this game I recognize as the two fucking female cops trying to arrest someone
